Purpose built for heavy-duty materials
Engineered to deal with heavy-duty materials the MasterCut Versa-Tech can withstand any process.
This includes everything from manufacturing conservatories and industrial roofing to tasks within the graphics industry. Indeed, the model was developed with wide format digital printers in mind and we worked with printing and finishing experts to get the specifications right.
Accuracy as well as strength
The MasterCut Versa-Tech is built for precision cutting. For example, it can create squeegees in Polyurethane and plastics, with a cutting accuracy of +/- 0.02mm.
We pioneered the development of simultaneous laser and knife cutting and the MasterCut Multi-Tech builds on this heritage.
Models offer the options of laser; routing and; abrading capability, on their own or in combination. In addition, you can also choose from interchangeable driven and passive knife tooling.
Ideal for those working with wide format digital printing, textile graphics or soft signage through to marine hypalon sanding, the machine comes in three different cutting widths (2.1m, 3.2m or 5m). Alternatively we offer custom sizes to cut lengths of up to 100m.
Power allied to lightweight construction
A welded-base gives the machine torsional strength and the laser, router or abrading head can be mounted on the gantry – with no reduction in speed or movement.
